The best part of an outreach machine is the part that says no.
The Outreach Sequencer Kit is the scoring machine we ran against a real list of 1,002 local businesses, plus the prompts, the cadence and the verification steps that go with it. You run it with the AI agent you already pay for. It is a playbook and a set of rules, not a sending service we host for you.
- 94%
- of decided prospects it declined to email at all
- 6 / 101
- cleared every signal and every guardrail
- 0
- replies from our 50 sends, which is the honest headline
That last number is a zero and we are not hiding it. What this kit sells you is the filtering machine and the verification playbook that proved the zero was real. It does not sell you a proven path to replies, because we do not have one. The third assumption below goes into that properly.
What you need to bring
This is the whole list, and it is here before the price on purpose. If any line below is a dealbreaker, we would rather you find out now than after you have paid.
- You bring your own AI agent
- This is a playbook, not a hosted sending service. You run it with an agent you already pay for. We built and tested it on Claude Code, so that is the reference setup. Any capable agent works, and the kit covers what each one needs to do the job. That subscription or API bill is yours. It is not included in this price. Every email is written against a real signal we saw, so generating them costs tokens. At the volumes this playbook recommends that is pennies, which is a nice surprise!
- You bring your own email account, and you accept the risk to it
- You send from your own mailbox or your own sending provider, with your own domain. We never see your list and we never touch your credentials. Cold email can hurt a sending domain reputation if you get it wrong. That is a real cost and it lands on you, not on us. The playbook keeps volume deliberately low partly for that reason. If your main business email runs on the domain you would be sending from, think hard first.
- You bring something worth emailing a stranger about
- The sequencer decides who to contact. It cannot make your offer good! Our own run got zero replies across fifty sends, and our honest read is that the offer deserves more of the blame than the wording did. If you do not yet have a clear thing you do, for a clear kind of business, at a clear price, the scoring machine will simply help you send a better-targeted version of a weak pitch. Sort the offer out first. You will get much more from this!
- You bring your own prospect list and your own legal homework
- The playbook scores prospects. It does not supply them. Ours came from a public directory we gathered ourselves. Cold email is regulated differently depending on where you and your recipient are, and the rules are stricter in some places than others. Read the ones that apply to you before you send anything. We are not lawyers and this kit is not legal advice.
- You bring realistic expectations, and ours were not met
- We will not dress this up. We sent 50 emails and received zero replies and booked zero calls. You are buying the machine that decided 94 percent of our list should be left alone, and the verification playbook that told us the zero was real rather than a broken checker. Those are genuinely worth having. What you are not buying is a proven path to replies, because we do not have one to sell you. If you want a guaranteed pipeline, please do not buy this.
The terms conversation, in plain language
Most people selling automation skip this section. We think you cannot make an informed purchase without it, so here it is, including the parts that do not help us make the sale.
- Is cold emailing businesses legal?
- It depends on where you are and where they are, and we are not able to answer it for you. In the United States the CAN-SPAM rules broadly allow cold email to businesses if you identify yourself honestly and honour opt-outs. Canada and the European Union are stricter, and some cases there need consent first. The kit tells you what it does. It cannot tell you whether you are allowed to do it. Look up the rules that apply to you before your first send.
- What could actually go wrong for me?
- Realistic risks, worst to least. Your sending domain could get a poor reputation, which affects your ordinary email too. Your provider could suspend the account if it decides you are sending bulk cold mail. A recipient could complain, publicly. Or, most likely by far, nothing happens at all and nobody answers. That last one is what happened to us.
- Does this send bulk email or spam?
- No, and the design is the opposite of that. The playbook rejects most of its list and sends a small number of individually written emails. In our run it queued 6 out of 101 decisions. Every email identifies who we are, says why we are writing, and takes no for an answer after three touches. If you were looking for something to email ten thousand people, this is not it, and the scoring rules would fight you the whole way.
- Whose decision is this?
- Yours. You choose the list, the offer, the volume and the sending account. We sell the scoring machine, the prompts, the cadence and the verification steps. We are not a party to your relationship with your recipients or your email provider. You own what you send and what follows from it.
- Would you be comfortable receiving the emails this sends?
- That is the test we held ourselves to, and it is the one we would suggest you use. Each email names a specific thing we noticed, states a price, and asks one short question. No fake familiarity, no invented mutual connection, no pretending to have used their service. If you would be embarrassed to have a recipient read your sending log, change the email rather than the volume.
What you get
Current version 2026.1.
The prospect outreach sequencer
The sequencer we ran against a real list of a thousand businesses, written up so you can run it yourself. You get the scoring rubric with the real weights and the real cut lines, both send prompts word for word, and the cadence as cron and launchd you can install today. The verification playbook is the best part! It shows you how to prove a send really left, and how to test your own reply check before you trust what it tells you. We also print our own result, which was fifty sends and no replies at all, plus the rule that says when to stop. We would much rather you knew that up front!
Updates are included, forever
Buy it once and keep getting updates. Your access link always serves the current version of the kit. When we run this again and learn something, you get the revised version at no extra charge, including any result that makes the playbook look worse. Really! There is no renewal, no second purchase, and no expiring download link. We are very glad to keep that promise, and it is the reason we enjoy writing these.
Now that you know all of it
Every assumption and every risk is above this line. Nothing new appears after you pay.
